By paying the invoice, you are agreeing to the following terms of service:

○ Only a digital file will be sent. No physical copy will be shipped.
○ The commissioner and artist are both prohibited from sharing each other's personal/contact details.

Refunds

• Live 2D model art and custom design works are non-refundable.
   

Changes to Live 2D model art cannot be made after the sketch phase has been approved.

• In the instance if it was the artist’s mistake and overlooked written requests made initially, small detail changes can be made to WIPs, and minor colour changes to the final artwork.

• Please be clear in the original request and references. If the requested detail change was not mentioned anywhere in the original request, it will not be considered the artist's mistake, and a fee will be charged for changes.

• Any alterations requested based on change of mind will not be accepted if it has already been applied, unless a change fee is paid.

• Each major change requested to the lineart after the sketch phase has been approved will require a minimum 5% fee depending on the scale of the change.

Changes to custom design commissions cannot be made after the sketch phase has been approved.

• Once the colour flats has been approved, and shading has started, changes cannot be made.

• Minor changes can be made to the shading adjustments.

• Each major hue colour change to the shading after approval will incur a 5% fee.

Rights & Usage Policy

• The commissioner can use the work for digital platforms only. (i.e. Twitch, Youtube, Discord, social media.)

• The commissioner cannot use the artwork to make direct financial profit. Merchandise cannot be made from the commissioned work.

• The artist, FruitTartz retain copyright to the commissioned artwork, and may choose to post the picture online on socials and the website post-debut.

• The artwork cannot be edited, resold or drawn by anyone other than the original artist, FruitTartz.

 

○ As the creator of the work, credits for the commissioned artwork cannot be claimed by anyone other than FruitTartz.
