Terms of Service - FruitTartz Shop

Shipping

  • VAT and customs fees are not collected by this store. The customer is responsible for paying all VAT & customs charges in their respective country. All incoming packages to EU/UK are subject to VAT and customs fees. Refusal to pay for the customs fee will result in the package being returned or thrown away according to your country's regulation, and you will not receive a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before placing an order as we are not responsible for packages being delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses.

  • Customers are responsible for contacting FruitTartz@gmail.com as soon as possible before the package is shipped for any changes to the shipping information. Once the order is shipped, changes can't be made and the order cannot be refunded.

  • FruitTartz is not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during transit, as it is outside of FruitTartz' control.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

  • Contact FruitTartz@gmail.com with photographs of any damaged or incorrect orders within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Contact FruitTartz@gmail.com as soon as possible for any cancellations. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation requests will not be processed.
